Customer Support
On all Hong Kong statutory public holidays and Sundays, NO online customer service and customer service hotlines will be provided.
On Saturdays, only online customer service is available from 8:45am to 11:30am.
Pick-up service
On all Hong Kong statutory public holidays and Sundays, no pick-up service will be offered.
On Saturdays, the pick-up service remains normal.
