Fuuffy Dollar Rebate Programme
— Terms and Conditions
Preamble
These Fuuffy Dollar Rebate Programme Terms and Conditions (the "Programme Terms") are issued by Tradeluck (HK) Limited (registered office: Room 07, 22/F, 9 Chong Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong), the operating entity of Fuuffy 貨飛 ("Fuuffy", "we" or "us"), to govern the earning and use of, and the rights and obligations relating to, the Fuuffy Dollar Rebate Programme (the "Programme").
These Programme Terms constitute supplemental terms to, and form part of, the Main Service Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Programme Terms and the Main Service Terms in respect of matters relating to the Programme, these Programme Terms shall prevail.
This Programme is a discretionary arrangement of Fuuffy and does not form part of the contractual consideration for the services provided by Fuuffy to Users. It does not constitute any ongoing or perpetual commitment by Fuuffy. The User's right to use the Fuuffy platform services is not conditional upon the continuation of this Programme. Fuuffy reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this Programme at any time, subject to clauses 6.4 and 6.5 of these Programme Terms.
By confirming and submitting an order on the order review page of the Fuuffy platform, the User confirms that they have read and expressly agree to be bound by these Programme Terms and the Main Service Terms in their entirety. Continued earning or use of Fuuffy Dollar by the User constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Programme Terms.
Section 1 Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used in these Programme Terms shall have the same meaning as in the Main Service Terms. The following terms, when used in these Programme Terms, shall have the meanings set out below:
1.1 "Fuuffy Dollar" or "FD"means the virtual rebate unit granted by Fuuffy to Users under these Programme Terms, where 1 FD has a notional value of HK$1 and may be used solely to offset the User's Estimated Shipping Fee and Final Shipping Fee (as defined in Section 5 of the Main Service Terms) for designated services on the Fuuffy platform. Fuuffy Dollar carries no cash value and does not constitute the User's property, debt, financial asset or any form of transferable interest, nor does it constitute any form of debt owed by Fuuffy to the User.
1.1A Virtual Nature Declaration: The User acknowledges and agrees that Fuuffy Dollar is solely a virtual rebate unit within the Fuuffy platform and does not possess the characteristics of legal tender, e-money, stored value facility, virtual asset (as defined under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615)) or any financial instrument. Fuuffy Dollar is not redeemable for cash, not tradable, not pledgeable, does not generate any interest or investment return, and is not protected by any deposit protection scheme. The User shall not under any circumstances claim that Fuuffy Dollar constitutes personal property or an asset of value.
1.2 "User" means a User as defined in the Main Service Terms who has completed Fuuffy account registration and identity verification.
1.3 "Local Shipment"means a Shipment (as defined in the Main Service Terms) where both the sender's and recipient's addresses are within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and where the delivery scope falls within the service area actually offered by the selected Courier.
1.4 "International Shipment"means a Shipment where either or both of the sender's address and the recipient's address is outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
1.5 "Successful Payment"means that the User has successfully completed payment for an order and the order has been confirmed as "paid" in the Fuuffy system.
1.6 "Accrual Cycle" means the period from 00:00 on the 1st day of each month to 23:59:59 on the last day of the same month (Hong Kong time, GMT+8).
1.7 "Activation Date" means the date on which Fuuffy Dollar becomes available for use, namely 00:00 (Hong Kong time) on the 11th day of the month following the month of earning.
1.8 "Standard Rebate Rate" means the long-term applicable rebate rate set out in clause 2.4 of these Programme Terms, which Fuuffy reserves the right to adjust at any time.
1.9 "Promotional Offer"means a promotional campaign announced by Fuuffy from time to time which provides an enhanced rebate rate or other additional rewards for a specified period, the specific conditions of which shall be determined by Fuuffy's announcement at the relevant time.
1.10 "Business Day" means a day on which banks are open for business in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays).
Section 2 Earning of Fuuffy Dollar
2.1 Scope of Application
Fuuffy Dollar may only be earned through Local Shipments. International Shipments do not earn any Fuuffy Dollar. Fuuffy reserves the right to expand or reduce the scope of eligible services at any time.
2.2 Eligible Orders
A User must complete the full ordering and payment process before being eligible to earn Fuuffy Dollar. The following orders will not generate FD rebates:
- orders for which payment has not been completed;
- orders that have been cancelled or refunded (whether in full or in part), regardless of whether the cancellation or refund occurred before or after Successful Payment;
- orders for which the Courier has failed to collect the parcel;
- orders identified by the Fuuffy system as anomalous or suspicious (including but not limited to orders triggering anti-fraud rules);
- orders which Fuuffy, on reasonable commercial grounds, considers to be anomalous, improper or showing signs of abuse, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in clause 6.1. When exercising this discretion, Fuuffy will retain relevant records and provide a reasonable explanation within 14 Business Days of receipt of a written enquiry from the User.
2.3 Calculation Base
Fuuffy Dollar will be calculated by applying the applicable rebate rate to the Final Shipping Fee (as defined in Section 5 of the Main Service Terms) after deduction of all discounts (including, without limitation, member discounts, promotional offers, coupons, Fuuffy Dollar offsets and any other form of reduction).
For the avoidance of doubt, any portion of the order offset by Fuuffy Dollar shall not be included in the calculation base (i.e. there will be no "rebate on a rebate").
2.4 Standard Rebate Rates
As at the last updated date of these Programme Terms, the Standard Rebate Rates are as follows:
| Logistics Service | Scope | Standard Rebate Rate |
|---|---|---|
| JD Express | 1–20kg | 1% |
| SF Express | 1–20kg | 1% |
The courier services and rebate rates listed above reflect the applicable rates as at the date of the last update of these Programme Terms. The most current list of eligible courier services and their corresponding rebate rates shall be as published on the Fuuffy platform (fuuffy.com) from time to time. Fuuffy may add or remove eligible courier services by updating the platform announcement without the need to formally amend these Programme Terms.
Fuuffy reserves the right to adjust the Standard Rebate Rates. Any adjusted rate will take effect no fewer than 7 calendar days after announcement on the Fuuffy platform, and shall apply to new orders placed on or after the effective date. Orders for which collection has been completed will continue to be calculated at the rebate rate originally applicable and will not be affected by any adjustment.
2.5 Promotional Offers
2.5.1 Fuuffy may launch Promotional Offers from time to time, providing rebate rates higher than the Standard Rebate Rate for specified Couriers during specified periods. Promotional Offers are discretionary arrangements made by Fuuffy and do not constitute any ongoing commitment.
2.5.2The specific rebate rate, scope, start and end dates and other applicable conditions of any Promotional Offer shall be determined by Fuuffy's announcement through its official platform, email, WhatsApp, App push notification or other official channels. These Programme Terms do not provide any form of guarantee or commitment as to the continuation, renewal or specific rate of any particular Promotional Offer.
2.5.3 Time of Successful Payment as the determining basis: whether a Promotional Offer applies is determined by reference to the time of Successful Payment (as recorded by the Fuuffy system), and not the time of order placement or collection. If an order is placed during a Promotional Offer period but collection takes place after the Promotional Offer period has ended, the rebate rate applicable after the Promotional Offer period shall apply.
2.5.4 Fuuffy reserves the right to adjust, suspend or end any Promotional Offer at any time during the Promotional Offer period without prior notice and without incurring any liability in connection therewith.
2.6 Excluded Fees
The following fees shall not be included in the Fuuffy Dollar rebate calculation base:
- insurance fees;
- signature service fees;
- return fees and re-route fees;
- overweight surcharges, oversize surcharges and remote area surcharges;
- customs declaration fees, import duties, taxes and any government-imposed levies (collectively, "Transaction Taxes");
- any other fee items designated by Fuuffy from time to time.
2.7 Rounding
In calculating the Fuuffy Dollar rebate amount, where the result produces more than two decimal places, the value shall be rounded down to one decimal place.
Section 3 Activation and Use of Fuuffy Dollar
3.1 Activation Time
Fuuffy Dollar earned within a given Accrual Cycle will become activated and available for use uniformly at 00:00 (Hong Kong time) on the 11th day of the following month. Prior to activation, such FD may not be used and will not be counted as part of the available balance.
3.2 Applicable Deduction Scope
Fuuffy Dollar may be used to offset the following categories of Estimated Shipping Fee and Final Shipping Fee:
- Local Shipment fees;
- International Shipment fees.
3.3 Excluded Deductions
Fuuffy Dollar may not be used to offset the following items:
- insurance fees and any value-added service fees;
- return fees, re-route fees, overweight surcharges and remote area surcharges;
- customs declaration fees, import duties, taxes and any government-imposed levies (Transaction Taxes);
- any handling or service fees charged by third-party platforms;
- any other inapplicable items designated by Fuuffy from time to time.
3.4 Automatic Application
3.4.1The system will automatically apply the User's available FD balance at checkout, offsetting the lower of the available balance or the shipping fee principal of the relevant order.
3.4.2Where a User holds multiple tranches of FD with different expiry dates, the system will apply FD on a "First In First Out" (FIFO) basis, with the FD nearest to expiry being applied first.
3.4.3 Users may choose at the checkout page whether to use FD. If a User chooses not to use FD, Fuuffy assumes no liability for any FD that expires as a result.
3.5 Usage Restrictions
- FD is not redeemable for cash, cheque, stored value or any equivalent;
- FD is non-transferable and cannot be given, sold or inherited by any other User or any third party;
- FD cannot itself constitute an order and must be used together with an order involving actual payment;
- FD may not be combined with certain designated promotional offers; the specifics shall be as shown on the checkout page;
- The maximum FD deduction per order is capped at the eligible shipping fee amount of that order.
Section 4 Validity and Expiry
4.1 Validity Period
Each tranche of Fuuffy Dollar shall be valid for 3 calendar months from its Activation Date, expiring at 23:59:59 (Hong Kong time) on the last day of the 3rd month.
4.2 Validity Examples
| Activation Date | Expiry Date (HKT 23:59:59) |
|---|---|
| 2026-06-11 | 2026-08-31 |
4.3 Expiry Treatment
4.3.1Expired Fuuffy Dollar will be automatically deducted from the User's account and cannot be reinstated, reissued, appealed or extended. The User acknowledges and agrees that they have no rights or claims in respect of expired FD.
4.3.2 Fuuffy will use reasonable endeavours to send a reminder to the User 7 calendar days before the expiry of any Fuuffy Dollar, via the registered email address or in-platform notification. However, Fuuffy assumes no legal liability for any omission, delay or technical failure of such notification. Users are responsible for managing and regularly checking their FD balance and expiry dates.
4.4 Balance Inquiry
Users may log in to the Fuuffy platform or the "Member Centre" of the Fuuffy App at any time to check the available balance, the Activation Date and expiry date of each tranche of FD, and the historical records. The records displayed by the Fuuffy system shall be the final and conclusive evidence.
Section 5 Cancellation, Refund and Anomaly Handling
5.1 Clawback after Earning
If a User cancels a Shipment, applies for a refund, or a Shipment is cancelled for any reason, and the corresponding FD has not yet been credited to the account, such FD will not be issued.
If the corresponding FD has already been credited to the account, Fuuffy will deduct an equivalent amount from the User's account (the "Clawback"). Where a refund causes the User's Fuuffy Dollar balance to become negative, the negative balance will be automatically offset (on a priority basis) against the next FD earned by the User. If a negative balance remains unsettled in full for more than 1 calendar month after it arises, Fuuffy shall have the right to take one or more of the following measures:
- suspend the account's eligibility to earn Fuuffy Dollar until the negative balance has been fully cleared;
- require the User to repay the corresponding shortfall in Hong Kong dollars in cash, calculated as the HKD equivalent of the negative balance (at the conversion rate of 1 FD = HK$1);
- automatically deduct the shortfall from any other available Fuuffy Dollar balance in the User's account.
Before exercising the above rights, Fuuffy will give the User 3 Business Days' prior notice by email or platform notification. If the User completes the repayment within the notice period, Fuuffy may, in its discretion, withdraw the relevant measures.
5.2 Refund of Used FD
5.2.1 If a User applies for, and is granted, a refund after using FD as an offset, Fuuffy will return the offset amount in the form of the original FD within 7 Business Days of confirming the refund, retaining the original expiry date (with no extension of the validity period).
5.2.2If the FD has expired by the time it is returned due to Fuuffy's processing, Fuuffy will additionally grant an equivalent amount of new FD, with a validity period of 30 calendar days from the date of return. This shall be the User's sole and exclusive remedy in this situation.
5.2.3If a refund arises from the User's breach of these Programme Terms or the Main Service Terms, or if the refund application is not approved, the FD that was used as offset will not be returned.
5.3 Anomalous Earning
If, due to a technical malfunction or calculation error, a User earns FD in excess of their entitlement, Fuuffy shall have the right to rectify the error and deduct the excess at any time upon discovery, without prior notice. Where the anomalous earning results from breach of these Programme Terms by the User, Fuuffy reserves the right to take further action under Section 6.
5.4 Delayed Settlement
If FD cannot be settled on the originally scheduled date due to Courier system delays, order anomalies or force majeure events (including, without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, epidemic, government orders, customs delays, telecommunications interruptions or Courier system failures, being events beyond Fuuffy's reasonable control), Fuuffy will use reasonable endeavours to issue the FD as soon as possible after the anomaly is resolved. However, Fuuffy shall not be liable for any compensation in respect of any delayed settlement. The User acknowledges that any delayed settlement shall not constitute a breach by Fuuffy.
Section 6 Anti-Abuse, Account Termination and Programme Changes
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the conduct prohibited under the Main Service Terms, Users shall not engage in any of the following:
- using multiple Fuuffy accounts via duplicate registration to obtain rebates;
- obtaining FD through fictitious shipments, self-sending and self-receiving, or any other improper means;
- exploiting system vulnerabilities, third-party tools or automation to earn FD in an abnormal manner;
- misrepresenting the nature of a shipment (for example, declaring an International Shipment as a Local Shipment);
- falsifying shipment details, recipient details or parcel contents in order to qualify for a rebate;
- colluding with other Users to obtain FD improperly by any means;
- any other conduct that breaches the principle of good faith, harms Fuuffy's interests or contravenes the laws of Hong Kong.
6.2 Enforcement Measures
If Fuuffy has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged or is engaging in any of the conduct listed in clause 6.1, Fuuffy shall be entitled to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures:
- forfeit all or part of the User's Fuuffy Dollar (whether activated or not yet activated), having regard to the nature and severity of the breach. The amount forfeited will be calculated by reference to Fuuffy's reasonable estimate of the loss caused by, or the unjust gain derived from, the relevant breach. Fuuffy reserves the right to forfeit all of the User's FD where the breach involves wilful fraud;
- suspend or permanently terminate the User's Fuuffy account (in accordance with the relevant account termination provisions of the Main Service Terms);
- recover any shortfall in shipping fees that was offset;
- refuse the User's participation in future iterations of the Programme or any other Fuuffy promotional activities;
- reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal liability as appropriate.
Fuuffy will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Users before or within a reasonable time after taking the above measures. However, if such notice may prejudice an investigation, or where Fuuffy has reasonable grounds to consider the situation urgent, prior notice may not be given.
6.3 Treatment Upon Account Termination
If a User's account is suspended or terminated under the relevant provisions of the Main Service Terms (for whatever reason), all Fuuffy Dollar in the account shall immediately lapse and be reduced to zero, without redemption, transfer or compensation. The User acknowledges that this is a natural consequence of account termination and waives any right to claim in respect thereof.
6.4 Programme Changes
6.4.1Save where required by law or regulation, or as reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, ensure technical security or for other reasonably necessary purposes, Fuuffy will, as a matter of principle, not make adverse modifications to, revoke or prematurely expire Fuuffy Dollar that has been activated and credited to a User's account.
6.4.2 Material changes will be notified to Users via official Fuuffy platform announcements, email, WhatsApp or App push notifications. As a general rule, material changes will be notified at least 7 calendar days before their effective date. However, the immediate-effect mechanism described in clause 1.3 of the Main Service Terms shall continue to apply in the following circumstances:
- to prevent or curtail abusive conduct;
- as required by law, regulation or a court order;
- to address system security or technical emergencies.
6.4.3 A User who continues to participate in the Programme after the effective date of a change (including by continuing to hold FD) shall be deemed to have accepted the amended terms. A User who does not agree to the amendments should use or relinquish all FD before the effective date and cease participating in the Programme.
6.5 Programme Discontinuation
If Fuuffy decides to discontinue the Programme as a whole, it will give at least 30 calendar days' notice prior to the termination date via official channels. Users should use up all FD before the termination date; any unused balance will automatically lapse, without compensation, redemption or extension. This clause 6.5 constitutes the User's sole remedy in respect of Programme discontinuation.
Section 7 Limitation of Liability
7.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuuffy's liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the following:
- where a Fuuffy system error causes the User to lose earned FD, Fuuffy will reissue an equivalent amount of FD;
- where a Fuuffy system error prevents the User from using FD, Fuuffy will restore the User's right of use after the error has been rectified.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuuffy shall not be liable for any of the following, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise:
- any losses resulting from the User's failure to use FD before expiry;
- any settlement delays arising from Courier or third-party system failures or force majeure;
- any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage;
- any loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings;
- any losses caused by the User's own fault (including, without limitation, failure to check the balance regularly or to pay attention to expiry dates).
7.3To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuuffy's aggregate maximum liability to any single User in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the total FD actually earned by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (calculated in HKD).
7.4Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by Fuuffy's negligence.
Section 8 Data Processing
8.1 Fuuffy will collect and process User transaction data related to the Programme (including order records, FD earning and use records, account activity and the like) in order to operate and administer the Programme.
8.2 Such collection and processing shall be governed by the Fuuffy Privacy Policy (fuuffy.com/about/privacy). By participating in the Programme, the User agrees that Fuuffy may process the relevant data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.3 Fuuffy may use anonymised and aggregated Programme data for business analysis, service improvement and marketing purposes.
Section 9 Disputes, Governing Language and General
9.1 Dispute Resolution
9.1.1 If a User has any query or objection concerning the earning, use, deduction or expiry of Fuuffy Dollar, the User should raise it within 30 calendar days from the date of the relevant event (i.e. the settlement date, deduction date or expiry date) via cs@fuuffy.com or Fuuffy's official customer service channels.
9.1.2 The 30-day limitation period above is specific to Fuuffy Dollar and runs independently of any limitation period for shipping fee disputes under the Main Service Terms (if any).
9.1.3If a query is not raised within this period, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the relevant records, and Fuuffy will not entertain the matter further. This limitation period is intended to enable both parties to ascertain the facts within a reasonable time and does not constitute an unreasonable restriction on the User's statutory rights.
9.1.4Fuuffy shall use reasonable endeavours to provide a written response within 14 Business Days of receipt of the User's written dispute. If an extension is required due to the complexity of the matter or investigation needs, Fuuffy shall notify the User of the expected response date before the expiry of the original period. Such response shall not constitute an admission or confirmation of the User's claim.
9.1.5 All disputes shall be determined by reference to the Fuuffy system records as the final and conclusive evidence; however, Fuuffy will give reasonable consideration to sufficient contrary evidence provided by the User.
9.2 Governing Law and Venue
These Programme Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9.3 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Programme Terms to the extent that such failure or delay results from events beyond that party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, riot, terrorist activity, strike, governmental act or order, customs delays, telecommunications or internet interruption, power supply failure or Courier system failure (each a "Force Majeure Event"), provided that the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable and shall use reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event.
9.4 Third Party Rights
No person other than a party to these Programme Terms shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any provision of these Programme Terms. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Programme Terms, no consent of any non-party is required for the amendment, suspension, revocation or termination of any provision of these Programme Terms.
9.5 Severability
If any provision or part of these Programme Terms is held by any court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision or part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
9.6 No Waiver
Fuuffy's failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Programme Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy. Any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall not preclude any further or future exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
9.7 Entire Agreement
These Programme Terms, together with the Main Service Terms and the Fuuffy Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Fuuffy in relation to the Programme, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, representations or commitments between the parties on the same subject matter.
9.8 Survival
Provisions of these Programme Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination of the Programme or termination of an account (including, without limitation, Section 1 (Definitions), Section 5 (Clawback and negative balances), clause 6.2 (Recovery rights), Section 7 (Limitation of Liability), Section 8 (Data Processing) and Section 9 (Disputes)) shall continue in effect after termination.
9.9 Governing Language
9.9.1 These Programme Terms are provided in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions in respect of the same concept: (a) where that concept has an English definition in the Main Service Terms, that English definition shall prevail; (b) in all other cases, the Chinese version of these Programme Terms shall prevail.
9.10 Amendment
Fuuffy reserves the right to amend these Programme Terms at any time. Amended terms will be announced on the Fuuffy official platform and implemented in accordance with the mechanism set out in clause 6.4 of these Programme Terms.
9.11 Notices
Notices given by Fuuffy to a User in connection with the Programme may be given by any of the following means and shall be deemed delivered upon being sent:
- publication of an announcement on the Fuuffy platform or App;
- email to the address associated with the User's registered account;
- messaging the mobile number associated with the User's registered account (via WhatsApp, SMS or App push notification).
Users are responsible for ensuring that the contact information associated with their account is accurate and up to date.
