Things Need You to Know Before Shipping Documents

  •  Do not send any non-document items, such as CD/USB storage devices
  •  Do not use any hard box for packaging, otherwise you may be overcharged
  •  The upper limit of the weight of the document is 3-5kg (depending on the courier firm). For documents over 0.5kg, the volume of the document will be calculated using length * width * height (cm) / 5000. The larger one between the actual weight and the volume weight will be used as the weight for charge.
    *If the weight of the document is 0.5 kg and the volume is 40cm*30cm*1cm, the fee will be 0.5kg.

 

No matter which courier company you choose, the courier will provide the document envelope, but fuuffy still recommends that you pre-package your document in a secure document bag, and then put it in the document envelope provided by the courier. If you do not want to use the document envelope provided by the courier firm for special reasons (such as needing to use a specially marked document bag), you can ask the courier not to make additional packaging.

No need for you to stick the waybill label on the document.You only need to hand the packaged document bag and the waybill label (we will email it to you after the payment ) to the pickup staff.
