關稅是指國家授權海關對出入關境的貨物和物品征收的一種稅。進口貨物以海關審定的成交價值為基礎的到岸價格為關稅完稅價格。不同貨物類別將會征收不同程度的稅項。另外不同國家也可能會對特定貨物和物品有特殊的安排，甚至是嚴禁入境或違反當地法規。
