The sender may also proactively apply to Fuuffy for return/abandonment before the courier company takes action, with all costs borne by the sender.
- Customs reasons (such as containing prohibited items, refusal to pay taxes, insufficient documentation, incomplete declaration): The sender bears the cost of return or disposal.
- Local pickup arrangement and fees: Some courier companies' charges do not include local pickup fees, including but not limited to EconomiQ, Veelo and other couriers. Please refer to local pickup fees. If the parcel cannot be collected on the scheduled day due to the sender's reasons, an administrative fee of HKD50 will be charged.
- Cancellation/Violation Administrative Fee: After payment, if the parcel contains prohibited items or the order is cancelled for personal reasons (even if not yet picked up), a fee of HKD60 or 10% of shipping cost (whichever is higher) will be charged.
- Incorrect Address Fee: If delivery fails due to incorrect address and the parcel is returned, address correction (if allowed by courier) will incur HKD120/piece.
- Address Restrictions: Couriers do not accept PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. If the destination only allows post office boxes or parcel lockers, please contact customer service first to confirm delivery availability.
- Customs Duties and Administrative Charges: Some couriers may require the sender to prepay customs duties or ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If the recipient does not pay, the sender must bear all taxes and administrative charges, and Fuuffy will deduct from the sender according to the courier's invoice. In some cases, if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the courier may still prepay the duties and proceed with delivery (depending on shipment type and destination) without prior notice, and the sender will still be responsible for the duties and resulting surcharges.
