Transport Safety & Prohibited Items Regulations

Airport Special Control Measures❗

Due to tightened air cargo security worldwide, if any of the following are detected, the shipment may incur a HKD 100,000 fine, non-refundable shipping fees, and may be destroyed by the courier:

False or Incomplete Declaration – Item(s) differ from the declared contents, including under-declaration or omission.
Prohibited / Dangerous Goods – e.g., medicines (such as medicated patches, herbal oils), liquids (gels, sanitizers), flammable items, compressed gases, standalone batteries, powders, sharp objects, etc. [See full Prohibited Items List][Please refer to the prohibited items list for details]
Undeclared Batteries – or batteries failing to meet air transport safety standards.
Missing Battery Label – Parcels containing batteries without the required full-color battery label.

Prohibited Air Transport Items

The following items are prohibited or restricted from air transport. If uncertain, please contact customer service before shipping. Final clearance is subject to the destination customs authority.

If inspected by customs, additional documents may be required and inspection fees will be borne by the shipper.
Shipping prohibited items will result in non-refundable shipping fees and all related surcharges and administrative costs will be charged to the shipper.
Customs may confiscate or destroy prohibited items. All losses will be borne by the shipper.

🚫 Prohibited Items Include (but are not limited to):

All plants and seeds, or products possibly containing seeds (e.g., whole-flower tea).
All Chinese herbal medicines, dried goods, and processed meats (e.g., dried mushrooms, fish maw, ham).
Standalone batteries such as power banks, pen batteries, and button cells.
Valuables over USD 50,000, gold, or other precious metals.
All liquids, including sauces and condiments (e.g., oyster sauce).
All powders, including cosmetic powders, matcha powder, jelly powder, and instant noodles with seasoning powder.
All cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco, and smoking-related tools (e.g., hookahs, vape accessories).

Electronic devices with non-removable batteries not exceeding 20,000mAh and not generating more than 5V.

Optional Insurance

All final claims will be settled according to the courier's compensation policy.
For claims, retain the damaged item, packaging, and photographic evidence. Fuuffy will assist in forwarding claims to the courier.
To protect your agreement with the courier company, you must ensure that the package meets insurance requirements (e.g., good inner and outer packaging and cushioning materials) and take photos as evidence before sending it out.
Additional insurance Fuuffy administrative fee: HKD20.

Return or Undelivered Shipment Costs

Sender's reasons (such as incorrect information, shipping prohibited items, voluntary abandonment): Must bear round-trip shipping costs, non-refundable, and pay customs fees (as charged by the courier company), fines and disposal fees (if applicable).
Recipient's reasons (such as refusal to accept, unable to contact, refusal to pay related fees): The courier company may also return or abandon the parcel on their own initiative. The sender may also proactively apply to Fuuffy for return/abandonment before the courier company takes action, with all costs borne by the sender.
Customs reasons (such as containing prohibited items, refusal to pay taxes, insufficient documentation, incomplete declaration): The sender bears the cost of return or disposal.
Local pickup arrangement and fees: Some courier companies' charges do not include local pickup fees, including but not limited to EconomiQ, Veelo and other couriers. Please refer to local pickup fees. If the parcel cannot be collected on the scheduled day due to the sender's reasons, an administrative fee of HKD50 will be charged.

Local Pickup Arrangements & Charges

Some couriers' fees do not include local pickup fees, including but not limited to EconomiQ, Veelo and other dedicated line services. Please refer to the applicable local pickup fee schedule.

If pickup cannot be completed on the scheduled date due to the shipper's reasons / the shipping label has not been affixed / the shipping label is incomplete, and Fuuffy needs to supplement it on behalf of the shipper, a HKD 50 administrative fee will be charged. Please ensure that the complete barcode of the label is visible, otherwise it will be treated as not having affixed the label.

Other Special Notes and Fee Terms

Cancellation/Violation Administrative Fee: After payment, if the parcel contains prohibited items or the order is cancelled for personal reasons (even if not yet picked up), a fee of HKD60 or 10% of shipping cost (whichever is higher) will be charged.
Incorrect Address Fee: If delivery fails due to incorrect address and the parcel is returned, address correction (if allowed by courier) will incur HKD120/piece.
Address Restrictions: Couriers do not accept PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. If the destination only allows post office boxes or parcel lockers, please contact customer service first to confirm delivery availability.
Customs Duties and Administrative Charges: Some couriers may require the sender to prepay customs duties or ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If the recipient does not pay, the sender must bear all taxes and administrative charges, and Fuuffy will deduct from the sender according to the courier's invoice. In some cases, if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the courier may still prepay the duties and proceed with delivery (depending on shipment type and destination) without prior notice, and the sender will still be responsible for the duties and resulting surcharges.
Customs Duties: Except for services marked as (Tax - Inclusive), all courier services above do not include any import fees and taxes.
Chargeable Weight Difference: Shipping costs will be based on the chargeable weight verified by the courier. Any difference will be directly deducted from your credit card via Airwallex (Learn about Airwallex) (Fuuffy does not store card information).

Estimated delivery time is for reference only and does not account for the following situations:

Any delays caused by customs clearance (e.g., customs inspection/requiring additional documents for clearance assistance)
Recipient fails to pay clearance fees according to local courier/customs instructions
Incomplete address/recipient information or inability to contact recipient resulting in failed delivery
Severe weather, strikes, protests, war, and other factors
Any delays caused by non-compliant packaging (e.g., incomplete/unsafe packaging)

UPS Express Service Notes

Express Saver (Estimated 2-4 business days)

Expedited (Estimated 4-8 business days)

Food Prohibition: UPS shipments strictly prohibit any food items, including dry goods, canned goods, and sealed packaged foods (regardless of powder or liquid form). If needed, please consult Fuuffy customer service for confirmation.
Basic compensation covers shipping fee and up to HKD 770. Additional coverage available. Each HKD 770 coverage (value) costs HKD 17 (amounts less than HKD 770 are calculated as HKD 770). If declared value per shipment is lower than maximum coverage, the lower amount applies.
Additional coverage Fuuffy administrative fee: HKD 20.
After 2-3 delivery attempts/customs clearance failure, recipient must contact for re-delivery or self-pickup, otherwise sender may choose return/disposal or courier may automatically return parcel without notice. Return must be requested after first delivery failure, fees include return shipping and import tax (if any)/disposal fees. Fees are billed by UPS and must be borne by the sender.

FEDEX Express Service Notes

FEDEX IP Export Service (Estimated 2-4 business days)

FEDEX IE Export Service (Estimated 3-6 business days) - No powders or liquids allowed

FEDEX IC Export Service (Estimated 4-10 business days) - No powders or liquids allowed

Each HKD 750 coverage (value) costs HKD 18 (amounts less than HKD 750 are calculated as HKD 750). If declared value per shipment is lower than maximum coverage, the lower amount applies.
If shipping food/beverages, must consult Fuuffy customer service for confirmation first.

DHL Express Service Notes (Estimated 4-8 business days)

Shipping food/beverages/battery products requires prior consultation with Fuuffy customer service.

Does not accept PO BOX/Parcel Locker as delivery address.

Aramex Express Service Notes (Estimated 7-21 business days)

Re-delivery available; return/disposal will incur additional fees as notified by courier.
Additional coverage service not currently supported.
Strictly prohibits shipping any battery/alcohol/compressed gas products.
Return service not available.
Does not accept PO BOX/Parcel Locker as delivery address.
Additional coverage service not supported.

Australia Post Express Service Notes (Estimated 7-10 business days)

Pickup failure on scheduled date (shipper's fault): HKD 50 administrative fee.
Undelivered shipments requiring return, disposal, or re-delivery: Actual cost + 5% administrative fee.
Missing label requiring Fuuffy submission: HKD 50 per piece.
Cannot ship battery-powered items.
Does not accept PO BOX/Parcel Locker as delivery address.
Compensation/coverage service not supported.

Morning Global Express Service Notes (Estimated 5-10 business days)

Food Prohibition: Morning Global shipments strictly prohibit any food items, including dry goods, canned goods, and sealed packaged foods (regardless of powder or liquid form). If needed, please consult Fuuffy customer service for confirmation.
Missing label requiring Fuuffy submission: HKD 20 per piece (per Morning Global rates).
Pickup failure on scheduled date (shipper's fault): HKD 50 administrative fee.
Does not accept PO BOX/Parcel Locker as delivery address.
2 delivery attempts.
Strictly prohibits shipping battery-powered items.
Compensation service not available.

Hong Kong Post Service

No door-to-door pickup service available.
After placing order via Fuuffy platform, customers must print documents themselves and affix to outside of box.
Take parcel to post office yourself.
Staff will weigh the parcel and scan the document affixed to the outside of the box.
After receiving receipt, it will show weight and tracking number, which can be checked on Fuuffy platform and Hong Kong Post website for updates.

EconomiQ Standard / Plus / Makeup Line Service Notes

EconomiQ Standard Line (Estimated 7-11 business days) to USA (Estimated 8-14 business days) - Strictly prohibits shipping any battery/alcohol/compressed gas/food products

All above services:

Cannot ship branded items or food.
Recipient must provide full English name, phone, email, otherwise may affect customs clearance.
Last-mile service determined by courier company.
Does not accept PO BOX/Parcel Locker/Amazon warehouse/military addresses.
Maximum compensation per shipment: HKD 232.
Additional coverage available: 1x total shipping fee + 1x declared value (max HKD 20,000, excluding taxes). Premium: (1x shipping fee + 1x declared value) * 0.7%.
Compensation only for lost parcels, confirmed by courier/tracking updates interrupted for 30 days. VAT and other fees already incurred are non-refundable.
No compensation for parcel damage during transit; if courier website shows delivered but customer claims not received, Fuuffy will assist with inquiry but no compensation provided.
Above services deliver once only. After delivery failure, parcel automatically returns to overseas warehouse for re-shelving (7-60 days). Return process cannot be tracked and is not guaranteed. If not re-shelved within 60 days, automatically deemed lost. Returned and re-shelved parcels not eligible for compensation. After re-shelving notification, must apply for re-delivery within 14 days, otherwise deemed abandoned and destroyed. Re-delivery requires additional payment. No return to Hong Kong service available.

Veelo Line Service Notes (Estimated 10-18 business days)

Strictly prohibits shipping any alcohol/compressed gas/perishable/refrigerated products

Does not accept PO BOX/Parcel Locker/Amazon warehouse/military addresses.
No return to Hong Kong service available.
No additional coverage or shipping fee compensation. Maximum per shipment calculated at HKD 60 per kg, capped at HKD 1,200, whichever is lower.
Liquids limited to ≤ 500ml per bottle, ≤ 1000ml per box, must be in individual retail packaging.
Must use unmarked boxes (brown) without any brand packaging, such as post office, SF Express, etc. Sealing tape limited to transparent or brown. If box does not comply, will be returned or rejected.
Shipping food, small amounts of medicine and health supplements must have commercial packaging, instructions, or doctor's note copy. Limited to 10 bottles per box, cannot ship loose items. If detected during inspection, will be destroyed. If any questions, please confirm with Fuuffy customer service first.

Business account shipping fees do not include local pickup fees, please refer to local pickup fee schedule.
No overseas return to Hong Kong service available.

If not complied with the above rules, it may lead to customs clearance and delivery delays, destruction, or return of the parcel, and the resulting fees will be borne and responsible by the sender.
