1. Standard Local Pickup Billing Rules
When creating international courier orders via the Fuuffy platform, we offer flexible doorstep pickup services across Hong Kong. Local package collection is handled primarily by Morning Express and JD Logistics. Please note the following basic billing parameters:
- Per-Location Invoicing: Pickup fees are calculated independently per collection schedule and per distinct pickup address.
- Consolidated Pickup Orders: To save on your budget, customers can choose to consolidate multiple active international orders under a single pickup driver trip.
- Volumetric Weight Divisor Adjustment: Consolidated pickup rates are assessed on the total billable weight (actual weight vs. volumetric size, whichever is higher). Crucially, the local pickup volumetric weight formula uses a relaxed divisor: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6000.
2. Local Pickup Weight Freight Tariff (Effective August 15, 2025)
The local tier-based base pricing structure applies as follows. Fees step up incrementally based on the verified billable weight bracket:

3. Morning Express Specific Surcharge Manifest
When selecting Morning Express, various localized accessory fees apply depending on out-of-gauge sizes, terrain, or security areas:
- Tung Chung Area Surcharge: Collections from Tung Chung are subject to a flat fee of HKD $42.
- Out-of-Gauge Heavy Piece Fee: L+W+H between 150-200 cm costs an extra HKD $103. Sizes above 200 cm are subject to individual quotation.
- Walk-up Building Staircase Fee (Per Trip):
• Under 5kg: First 3 floors free; HKD $52 per floor from the 4th floor (capped at 8 floors max).
• 5-10kg: HKD $52 per floor starting from the very 1st floor (capped at 8 floors max).
• Above 10kg: Subject to individual quotation.
- Lantau Island & Airport Controlled Zone Fees:
• Lantau Island: 10kg or below adds HKD $70; above 10kg adds HKD $200.
• HK International Airport: 10kg or below adds HKD $250; above 10kg adds an extra HKD $16 per kg due to customs apron restrictions.
• Scheduling Note: Packages exceeding 3kg are restricted to afternoon collections only. Large bulk requests require advanced booking of half to one day.
- Itemized Counting Fee: On-site itemized checklist counting by the driver enforces a service charge of HKD $180.
4. JD Logistics Specific Surcharge Manifest
JD Logistics provides highly economical out-of-gauge coverage for Hong Kong remote regions. Collections from the following locations incur an ultra-low, flat-rate out-of-zone fee of just HKD $10 per schedule:
Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Lantau South sectors (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.).
