Local pickup fee is charged based on each pickup address per time. 

Customer can select multiple orders and arrange a single pickup. 
Pickup fee is calculated based on the total billable weight of selected orders. 

(The volumetric weight will be adjusted to 6,000)

Sum of three Sides between 150 – 200cm: HKD103

Sum of three sides over 200cm : Negotiable

c) Stairs Surcharge (For building without lift)

Order under 5kg First 3 Level : Free

Each Level Afterwards (Maximum 8 Level): HKD 52 / Level

Order over 5kg and under 10kg Each level (Maximum 8th level) : HKD 52 / Level

Order over 10kg: Negotiable  

d) Lantau Island:

Under 10kg, additional fee of HKD70; Over 10kg, additional fee of HKD200.

Airport area:

Under 10kg, additional fee of HKD250;
Over 10kg will incur an additional overweight charge, HKD16 per kg.

For items over 3kg, Only accept items in the afternoon. (Heavy items require half a day or a day's notice in advance.)

e) Count fee, an additional fee of HKD180 is added

a) remote surcharge HKD10 apply on below areas:

Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay,Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau,
Lantau South (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.).
