Arrangement for Cancellation of Shipment and Mandatory Parcel Return

Refund Procedure for Canceling a Shipment

You must contact Fuuffy Customer Service to request cancellation before the courier arrives for pickup.
 

Refund Process

1. Customer Service confirms the cancellation of the shipment
2. An administrative fee of $60 or 10% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted
3. The refund will take approximately 5-8 business days to be credited back to your registered credit card
Fuuffy’s Reminder

If you want to cancel the shipment, please don't give the parcel to the courier.

Once the courier receives the parcel, shipment can't be canceled.

If the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, the sender is responsible for all incurred expenses.

Return Shipping and Incomplete Delivery Fees

1. Shipping termination or return due to sender's reasons:

• The sender is responsible for all round-trip package costs; no refund will be provided
• The sender must pay any customs fees and fines for prohibited items
• In case of package abandonment, the sender must pay destruction fees

 

2. Return or destruction due to recipient's reasons:

The sender is responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to:
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Inability to contact for delivery arrangement
• Refusal to pay related fees

 

3. Mandatory destruction or return by customs:

• Package contains prohibited items
• Recipient refuses to pay customs duties
• Recipient fails to provide documents required by customs
• Sender fails to fully declare shipment contents
