To keep the process smooth, prepare the following before entering the Fuuffy system:
Accurate parcel weight (kg) and three dimensions: Length × Width × Height (cm)
Full English name, complete address (including Zip / Postal Code), and local phone number
Credit card or PayPal (Note: Fuuffy does not accept Alipay, Octopus, or PayMe)
For commercial sellers or high-volume shippers, Fuuffy offers two order-creation methods: manual waybill creation for individual orders, and bulk Excel import suited to Shopify, SHOPLINE, and other e-commerce platform sellers. All orders can then be collected in a single scheduled pickup, saving considerable time.
Ensure all address details are correct, including postal codes. Save frequently used sender or recipient addresses for one-click autofill in future.
Accurately describe each item and complete all declaration fields to avoid customs delays. Tick the relevant attributes for battery or sensitive goods where applicable.
Compare available courier services and select the option that best suits the parcel's weight, dimensions, and destination.
Check all information once more before paying. After payment, schedule a pickup and download the necessary documents directly from the waybill interface.
Click the "Download Template" button to obtain the official Fuuffy Excel template, then fill in the details for all orders.
Fill in each field carefully. Key rules to follow:
chargeable for rechargeable; nonchargeable for non-rechargeableinside if stored in the device; outside if stored in the packagingUpload the completed spreadsheet. The system will automatically read and display your order details — review all entries carefully to confirm accuracy.
After import, each order's courier service field will show "Unable to Calculate Freight" — this is normal. Because parcel contents may vary, you must select a courier service for each order individually. Consider weight, dimensions, and destination to get the best rate and transit time.
Whether using Bulk Import or Create Waybill, after payment you can click "Print & Schedule Pickup" on the waybill interface to book a courier collection at your preferred date and time, and download all required documents to affix to the packed parcels.
