Whether you’re sending important documents, business samples, or gifts to loved ones abroad, understanding the correct shipping process can save you time, effort, and unnecessary trouble. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of shipping with Fuuffy — making international delivery simple and hassle-free!!
Personal Shipping Process
Step 1: Calculate Your Shipping Cost
Start by signing up or logging into the Fuuffy platform. Click the “Ship Now” button at the top left corner to access your dashboard. Then, click ”+ New Shipment” to begin creating your order.


Step 2: Select Origin and Destination
Choose the location you’re shipping from and the destination you’re sending to. If your package contains sensitive items (such as food, cosmetics, or liquids), please click “WhatsApp Inquiry” or “Live Chat” below to confirm the shipping details with our support team.
Step 3: Enter Package Details
Add your document or parcel, and fill in its weight and dimensions. 💡 Not sure how to pack your items? Check out our guide: How to Pack a Parcel for helpful tips!

❗️Important Notes for International Document & Parcel Shipments
For Documents
• Only paper-based documents with no commercial value are allowed.
• Each waybill can include only one sealed document envelope.
• You cannot ship two separately packaged documents under the same waybill.
• If you have multiple documents, please combine them into a single package before shipping.
For Parcels
• You can use our “Multi-Piece Shipment” service — one waybill can include two or more parcels.
• Charges will be based on the combined weight and dimensions of each individual parcel.
💡Fuuffy Tip: Documents and parcels must not be shipped together under the same waybill.
Step 4: Choose a Courier
Select the courier that best suits your shipment.
For example:
• For electronics with lithium batteries, UPS is recommended.
• For food or cosmetics, choose EconomiQ (Make Up) or EconomiQ Plus for better handling.
The list of courier options is sorted from lowest to highest price.
When selecting a service, please consider the following:
• Estimated delivery time
• Shipping restrictions (e.g. batteries, sensitive items)
• Remote area surcharges
💡 Chargeable weight is based on the greater of:
• Actual weight or
• Volumetric weight, calculated as:
(Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000
Step 5: Electronic Customs Declaration
Declare the contents of each item category.
• If you’re shipping documents, you can skip this step and proceed.
• If you’re shipping parcels, please provide an accurate description of each item, and fill in the HS code and country of origin (if known).
‼️Important:
If your parcel contains items with batteries, you must select the “Contains Battery” option. Failing to declare battery items will result in a HK$5,000 fine, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.

💡 Important Reminder from Fuuffy
Customs authorities have the right to make the final decision on declared items. They may request additional documents or inspect the package.
Any prohibited items found will be denied entry.
• If duties or taxes are required, the recipient must settle the payment. Failure to do so on time may result in the parcel being destroyed or returned, with all costs borne by the sender.
• Prohibited items, incomplete documentation, or false declarations may lead to fines or penalties.
⚠️ Please refer to our Prohibited Items List or contact Fuuffy customer service to ensure your shipment does not contain any restricted items.
Step 6: Enter Sender and Recipient Information
Fill in the sender’s and recipient’s details, then schedule a pickup time for door-to-door collection.
Step 7: Review & Make Payment
Finally, double-check all shipping details to ensure everything is correct. Once confirmed, proceed with online payment.
⚠️ Please note: We do not accept debit cards (prepaid cards), Octopus, or Tap & Go as payment methods.
Business Shipping Process
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Start by logging into your Fuuffy account. Then, click “My Shipments” or “Ship Now” to begin the shipping process.

Step 2: Create Your Order
a) Use the “Create Waybill” function
1. Enter the Sender and Recipient Addresses
Make sure the addresses are accurate, including the postal codes.
💡Fuuffy Tip: If you frequently use the same sender or recipient address, you can save it as a favorite for quicker access next time!

2. Fill in Shipment Details and Declaration Information
Provide an accurate description of the items, and complete all required declaration fields clearly to avoid customs delays.
3. Choose the Right Courier
Compare the services and pricing of different couriers, and select the one that best fits your shipping needs.
4. Review Your Order and Make Payment
Before proceeding to payment, double-check all the details carefully. 💡 It’s always easier to fix any mistakes now than to make changes after submission!

b) Use the “Bulk Import” Feature
1. Download the Excel Template Click the “Download Template” button to get the Excel file.

2. Fill in the Excel File
Carefully complete each field in the template, making sure all information is accurate and error-free.

❗️Important Notes
• When selecting a country, please enter the correct country code (refer to the country list for reference).
• All orange-highlighted fields are mandatory.
• Accepted Declare Unit options: Pieces, Boxes, Bags, Pairs, Set, Cartons, Dozen
• For Battery Chargeable:
- If the device is rechargeable, enter “chargeable”
- If it is not rechargeable, enter “nonchargeable”
• For Battery Inside Device:
- If the battery is packed separately, enter “outside”
- If the battery is inside the device, enter “inside”

3. Upload the Excel File
Upload your completed Excel file. The system will automatically read the data — please double-check to ensure all details are correct.

4. Edit Orders and Select Courier Services
After importing, each order may initially show “Unable to calculate shipping cost.” Don’t worry — this is completely normal! Since the contents of each parcel may vary, you’ll need to select the appropriate courier service individually for each order.

💡Fuuffy Tip: When choosing a courier service, consider your parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination to get the best balance of price and delivery time.
Step 3: Make Payment & Schedule Pickup
Whether you created your shipment using “Bulk Import” or “Create Waybill”, once payment is complete, go to the waybill interface and click “Print & Schedule Pickup” to choose a convenient pickup date and time. You can also download the required shipping documents to attach to your properly packed parcel.
