If there is still no update after 4 days, Fuuffy's dedicated support team will proactively follow up on your parcel.

First, double-check that the tracking number you entered is correct — make sure there are no extra spaces or missing characters. If you've just completed the shipment, we recommend waiting a few hours for the courier's system to register the parcel before trying again.
