JD Standard Express is JD Logistics' standard courier service, with next-day local delivery covering all 18 districts of Hong Kong, and delivery success rates and SLAs comparable to the industry. Merchants can select the courier per order in the Fuuffy backend — no notice or prior contract change needed, switching instantly on the next order.
Log in to the Fuuffy backend → 'Member Centre' → 'Fuuffy Dollar' to see each FD entry's earned date, activation date, expiry date and remaining balance. Credited together at 00:00 on the 11th of each month; we recommend checking your balance regularly, as Fuuffy does not guarantee a reminder before expiry.
Yes. The system automatically applies available FD on a first-expiring-first-deducted (FIFO) basis, with the remainder paid in cash — no manual allocation needed. If you'd rather keep FD for next time, you can opt out of applying it at checkout.
Not at all. A Fuuffy business account has no monthly fee, no contract and no deposit. You can start or stop anytime, with no lock-in.
Yes. Merchants can apply for monthly billing.
We support one-click plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce and Shopline, and also provide RESTful API documentation so your tech team can integrate with your ERP / OMS systems.
Currently the rebate rate is the same (limited-time boost up to 11%). But merchants shipping 50+ orders a month can apply to their account manager for an additional negotiated rate and enjoy exclusive quarterly boosts.
Yes. The merchant master account can invite up to 10 sub-accounts with separate ordering / query / finance permissions, and all actions are traceable in the backend.
Supported. FD can be freely transferred between sub-accounts, and you can set up independent FD balance pools per store / brand for easy accounting allocation.
Once a refund is approved, the deducted FD is returned at its original value and keeps its original expiry date. If it has already expired, Fuuffy issues equivalent new FD valid for 30 days.
