Holiday and Weekend Business Hours
Fuuffy's online self-service platform operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including public holidays and weekends. You can access the Fuuffy Shipping Calculator anytime, anywhere to get instant international courier quotes, create shipments, and book pickup services. However, please note the following specific service arrangements during weekends and public holidays:
Our Hong Kong head office, technical support team, and billing department operate during the following standard hours (during which we provide full customs documentation review, shipment exceptions handling, and logistics coordination):
To provide necessary logistics support for our customers over non-working days, we have structured the following schedule for our customer support and major courier partners (JD Express, SF Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx):

Please note that even if you choose a courier that collects packages on holidays (such as JD Express), local customs export declarations, international flight handovers, and overseas import clearances will only resume on the next official working day.
If your shipment is highly time-sensitive (e.g., must meet an international deadline), please plan your shipment well in advance to avoid transit warehouse backlogs over holiday periods.
