Before sending the package, the sender needs to print the shipping label and standard invoice, affix the shipping label completely to the package, and give the standard invoice to the courier. After the courier receives the package, he will place the standard invoice into a designated transparent bag measuring 29cm X 18cm and affix it to the package.
If the package area is not large enough to completely affix the shipping label (as shown below);
Or the package size is less than 29cm X 18cm, and the transparent bag provided by the courier cannot be attached (as shown below). The courier will put the package into a larger courier bag, which will increase the volume and weight of the package. Due to the discrepancy between the weight measured by the courier and the sender, a freight difference will occur.
To avoid the above situation, it is recommended that you bring your own transparent sealing bag and pack your package according to the following packaging guidelines:
1. Put the shipping label into your own transparent sealing bag and stick it on the carton. The shipping label must be fully exposed.
**Transparent sealed bags can be purchased at stationery stores, or dense bags can be used as long as they are transparent and can be sealed and clearly display the barcode of the shipping label.

2. Fold the standard invoice to the appropriate size and put it in a transparent sealed bag (behind the waybill label)

You can choose to use a suitably sized carton or a courier bag to wrap the items. Please attach the courier bag to the package to avoid protruding excess parts that increase the volume and weight.
The express delivery company will use an electronic measurement system to measure the actual weight and volumetric weight of the package, and will ultimately calculate the shipping fee based on the weight with the larger value. For example, volumetric weight > actual weight will be calculated based on volumetric weight. The measurement system will use a lens to scan the package (refer to the picture below) and measure the length, width and height of the goods to calculate the volumetric weight of the package. Therefore, it is best to wrap the express bag with the edgesand without any extra corners!
