海關自動艙單系統（Automated Manifest System, AMS）是美國海關及邊境保護局要求承運人必須使用的電子申報平台。當貨物以空運或海運進入美國前，航空公司或船公司需提前提交艙單資料，包括提單號碼、貨物描述、寄件人與收件人資訊等。這項制度的目的，是在貨物抵達前進行風險分析，加快清關效率，並降低走私、恐怖活動及非法貿易的風險。
