工廠交貨（Ex Works, EXW）是 Incoterms 中賣方責任最小的條款。賣方在其工廠或倉庫將貨物備妥，由買方負責裝載、出口清關、國際運輸、進口清關與最終配送。
EXW 為買方提供最大掌控權，但同時承擔最多風險與協調成本。若買方缺乏物流資源，建議改用 FCA 或其他條款以平衡責任。
