目的地交貨（Delivered at Place, DAP）是 Incoterms 條款之一，賣方負責把已辦妥出口手續的貨物運至買方所在國的約定地點，並承擔到該地點的運輸風險與費用；買方則負責進口清關與繳稅。
DAP 適合買方有進口能力但希望賣方處理國際運輸時效與風險的情境。雙方需明確約定交貨地點、風險轉移點與誰負責卸貨，以避免責任界線不清。
