Document Shipping Guidelines

Document Shipping Guidelines

Prohibited Items

- Non-document items (e.g., CDs, USB storage devices) are not allowed
- Hard-case packaging is prohibited (may incur additional charges)


Weight Restrictions

Maximum limit: 3-5kg (varies by courier)

 

Charging Method:

- Below 0.5kg: Charged by actual weight
- Above 0.5kg: Charged by the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight


Volumetric Weight Calculation:

Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

 

Packaging Recommendations

1. Pre-package documents in a secure envelope
2. Place the packaged documents into the courier-provided envelope
3. For special requirements, you may request not to use the courier-provided envelope


Shipping Process

1. Upon payment completion, you will receive a waybill label via email
2. Hand over the packaged documents along with the waybill label to the pickup personnel
3. No need to affix the waybill label yourself


Note: While pickup personnel can provide document envelopes, it is recommended to package your documents securely in advance.
