How to print shipping labels and commercial invoice

Where to find printable documents?

1. Confirmation Email: After creating a courier order with Fuuffy, you will receive a confirmation email containing the required PDF documents within 24 hours.
2. Account Download: Log in to your Fuuffy account, navigate to "My Shipments" > "Print and Schedule Pickup" to download shipping labels, standard invoices, and battery labels (if applicable).


How to print and use the documents?

1. Download the necessary PDF files (shipping labels, invoices, etc.).
2. Use single-sided printing mode for all documents (Note: Some courier services may require specific documents to be printed in duplicate).
3. Affix the shipping label and battery label (if applicable) to the exterior of the package. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Packaging Guidelines.
4. Hand over any other documents directly to the courier.


❗️Important Notes

No printer at home? Consider choosing a courier service that doesn't require printed documents, or visit a print shop (such as Fotomax) to print your documents.
The confirmation email or order details will clearly specify the types and quantities of documents that need to be printed.

The documents that need to be printed will generally be sent to your registered email account within 24 hours after you place the order. We will send the required documents to you immediately after the courier company confirms your order. Not all courier companies also need to print documents. We will clearly indicate the type and number of documents you need to print in the email and your order details.
