1. Customs Duty & Tax Disbursement Surcharge

When shipping international packages via the Morning Global (MG / ME) dedicated line channel on the Fuuffy platform, if the destination customs levies import duties, taxes, or other ancillary assessment fees, all such costs shall be borne by the shipper. Consequently, the carrier enforces a disbursement handling surcharge:

• Surcharge Fee Rate: 3% of the total amount levied, or a minimum fee of HKD $20 per package (whichever value is higher).

2. Non-Standard Logistics: Unsuccessful Delivery Processing Options

If a package fails to be delivered successfully due to recipient absence, refusal, or address discrepancies, Morning Global imposes the following accessory charges for parcel re-routing and disposal:

• Local Re-delivery: If you request a local re-delivery to either the original address or a completely new destination address, a surcharge equivalent to 70% of the original freight charges and fuel surcharges combined will be levied.
• Return to Origin: When returning an undelivered package back to Hong Kong, the shipper must bear full responsibility for all return transit costs and applicable border cross-fees. Additionally, a handling surcharge of HKD $85 per package will be applied flatly.
• Shipment Abandonment: Opting to abandon an undelivered package locally at the destination country will incur a disposal processing fee of HKD $20 per package.

If an active package delivered to the ME/MG network is flagged during sorting for containing items that conflict with international civil aviation safety laws or standard carrier terms (e.g., hidden standalone batteries, power banks, vape gears, flammable liquids, or toxic industrial compounds):

• Contraband Penalty Rate: An administrative security fee of HKD $5,000 per package will be charged forcefully.
• Indemnity Status: Assessment of this administrative fee does not affect or waive the shipper's full liability for all extra damages, border seizure costs, or subsequent criminal prosecution by official regulatory agencies.

B. Health Supplements & Wellness Products Surcharge

Cross-border postage of daily vitamins, dietary pills, or fish oil supplements triggers intensive clearance checks due to international food and drug entry regulations:

• Any package whose contents are designated or audited by MG as @@#@Health Supplements or Wellness Products@@#@ requires a mandatory processing surcharge of HKD $180 per package. Final adjustments are bound strictly by the official MG statement invoice.
