Document Shipment Document-only (DOC) delivery refers to express delivery of paper documents, such as contracts, certificates, or bills, without merchandise. Most countries offer simplified customs clearance for documents only, with no tax or only necessary inspection. If a folder contains any merchandise or media of commercial value (such as samples or USBs), it is not considered document delivery and must be declared according to general cargo regulations.
