Free Carrier (FCA) is a term used in international trade. Delivery is completed when the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the buyer's designated carrier at a designated location (which may be a warehouse, port, or airport). Risk and costs are transferred at this point. FCA is a flexible term that can be used for multimodal transport, covering land, air, and sea freight, and is widely used by e-commerce and manufacturing industries.
